It is so because although the person is healthy but he may seems to be untouched of the germs nd infection. A better hygiene provides protection from infection but most of the time skin disease is common and it is in negligible effect so it can not be taken in consideration such as shrinking of skin due to aging etc. It is natural that the person may feel the discomfort being socially active or being alone. One cannot escape from the social challenges.
