The principle of utilitarianism is that once action or behavior is right if they promote happiness or pleasure and it is wrong as they end to unhappiness or pain. According to this we can treat the old age people but don't make them feel unhappy or pain. Do things that make happiness. In other hand successful aging paradigm focus on mainly two things a) keep them healthy and far from diseases b) avoid injuries. To make them healthy it is important to provide proper diet and exercise. Sometimes it will make unhappy for them. But it is necessary to follow diet restrictions foe their health. Old age people are prone to get pressure injuries and injuries from falling so it is necessary to make proper strategy to avoid such injuries. Like position changing and using side rails are protective barriers from injuries. But this action may feel unhappiness to the old age people. In
