Answer: Successful aging is a process where a person if fit to perform all the task and able to do things that he wished to do in old age. The Sucessful aging can be related to the meaningful aging. Old people who can enjoy their life while aging such as enjoying their trips, fulfilling their wishes etc.
For the successful aging it is important that the person should have a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthy can reduce the risk of chronic diseases and hence a person can have a successful aging. Healthcare coverage should be availed to reduce the disparities. A successful aging also includes the happiness of achievement a person recalls in the old age.
