Successful aging is the process of rising of the age in a healthy manner which will keep the life and health on the correct track and to cumulatively adapting the physiological as well as functional changes of the body. There are some factors which are involved in the successful aging which are as follows:
1. Physical factor: Emphasizing this factor the body mass index of the person has been in a balanced proportion and thus the habits like smoking, drinking alcohol can imbalance it. At every stage of age, exercise and good nutrition play a crucial role in maintaining the body mass index which helps to maintain a healthy life and the sickness of the body will be reduced down. The healthy person's body mass index is between 21 to 29.
2. Physiological factor. In this factor, the main point to focus is on the mental and physical functioning of the body. In this case, the body has to undergo minimum depressions and tensions to keep the mental functioning in the right direction. Subsequently, focusing on this issue the physical health will improvise accordingly and it will lead to successful aging.
3. Social factors: This factor helps the person to actively engage himself with the life and increase the social network to explore their thoughts on the big platform. People with greater social support and social networking ages well. this factor also allows the person to follow the education stream to develop himself and live a happy life.
