Whenever you have to solve these types of questions, then you don't have to take into account only the concentration of solutes, but you have to also consider whether the solute is ionizable or not. If it is not ionizable then you will consider the given concentration only. But if it is ionizable, then you will multiply the concentration with the number of Ions it will form. This will be the final concentration.

Calcium chloride = 3 ions

Final concentration in the cell = 3 × 150 = 450 mM

Sodium chloride = 2 ions

Concentration = 2 × 150 = 300 mM

Final concentration outside the cell = 300 + 150 = 450 mM

Concentration is same on both the sides. So there will be no net movement of water.
