Communication forms the base of all things.At times it decides about the success or failure of a treatment. A psychiatric patients can hardly understand things,but an effective communication brings them in the line of treatment. An aggressive patient who was given his night routine medication was not beneficial to relieve his symptoms. He woke up in half of the night and started wandering .He was brought under control by soft and clear explanatory for his queries  in the midnight by a nurse and induced him sleep.This situation makes one feel that even a psychiatric patient can be brought in treatment and be benefited by an effective  communication
