Answer : B = Purchase of Property, Plant and Equipment.

In Capital expenditure Budget we record purchase of capital asset and capital expenditure of capital asset.

Question -2

Answer : B = Sales Budget.

While preparing Direct material Budget, first we should prepare sales budget, then prepare production budget and finally then Direct material budget.

Question -3

Answer : C = It will be ending inventory of previous month.

Ending inventory of this month will become beginning inventory of next month, so beginning inventory of every month is ending inventory of previous month.
