Self care means taking care of self in all aspect , it includes taking care of physical, psychological, social, spiritual, emotional, financial,professional and environmental well being.
Self care is an important to reduce stress, to live a happy life, to do the job full potentially and successfully.
For example, if physically or psychologically or any of the aspect mentioned above a person is not good, he or she may failure to do the job successfully. Surely all the aspect of well being influence the activities.
So the taking care of self is very.. important.
Self leadership means push our own interest and own activities in a way of success. we can say a person as a good self leader if he is having the qualities of increased self awareness, self confidence and self efficacy.
Self leadership means aware of our self what would i intend to do, developing a sense of i sure do it well by knowing their potentiality and abilities as well as complete that taken job with the creativity and innovative in a successful manner.
If a person wants to a successful leader, at first he has to fulfill his all aspect of self care.
