ADN and BSN roles are not the same..In nursing care nurses accepted standards, performed professionally..In some hospitals BSNs and ADNs same level in working as RNs...but BSN higher level in Education they have adverse skills, because higher level of education needed in many field including public health, long-term care, home care etc..BSN provide care coordination, team coordination and quality care..

Patient with acquired immuno Deficiency Syndrome needs more Evidence--based practice in nursing care, patient education in all which they need special knowledge and skills to care for those particular group..BSN nurses are providing more care than ADN nurses due to their education experience..They qualified to meet the nation's patients nursing needs and deliver safe, effective patient care..
