Health insurance policy provided by the government will have a set of rules and regulations who is eligible for it.

It is the authoritative allocation of values.

The community,society or a professional in higher designation decides on what to be done by all people and the people are made in a state to accept it irrespective of their need.

For example:Vaccination is a mandatory thing by the government and the religion who oppose the use of it are forced or supposed to take it during an epidemic disease outbreak to save the others in the geographical area.
