Answer #1

Answer: If one does not consume sufficient recommended nutrients then it will affect energy and weight status as the lack of nutrients muscle mass lost. This reduces the strength and make person feel weak. It slows down the metabolism as the cells doesn't get sufficient amount of oxygen. Hence it becomes hard to balance the energy supply and need. Body starts utilising the protein from muscles due to unavailability of the energy. Person will becomes weak and lean.
