15.The main reason for one to gain weight after losing weight is because of the body's desire to meet the calorie lost hence forcing the person to eat more.Other reasons could be probably because of lack of exercise, poor control of certain medical illness and lifestyle management .

16.The main success strategy for a person in maintaining weight after losing it are

  • Excellent control and plan on their dietary intake
  • Adequate and regular physical exercise
  • Having a clear knowledge on what they eat
  • Increasing the amount of protein in diet

17.Bulimia nervosa is a disorder where the person eats a lot and intentionally threw up or induces it for expelling the food consumed.

Anorexia nervosa refers to a disorder where people fear to eat in view of gaining excessive weight. This leads to extreme underweight.

18.The other eating disorder are

  • Rumination :trying to regurgitate the foods consumed and re chewing it.Here the patient may either swallow or spit the food out
