Answer #1

Answer: A.& C If he doesn't understand the evidence, then he should not change. He should look for external evidence to support his beliefs.

The reason is that evidence based practice helps in quality of care deliver to the patient. The evidence based practice is not always can implemented to all the areas. So, if the nurse didn't understand, he should not change and he should also look for the external evidence as a cross checking.
