Some of the additional spiritual needs that can be seen in critical care patients are trying to meet or fulfill the requirements or the needs of the critically ill client. Conversation made more spiritually can give them a sense of hope and confidence. A older client may need a chaplain support to condole them ,an adult client may require a more religious care and culture specific care .A child can be motivated or boosted by telling a spiritual story to understand and come put of the illness.The mentally ill can be supported spiritually in the presence of relative or close family members to get rid of fear and encourage participation in the care in a holistic way.
