1678 cm-1, strong, amide C=O stretch
1594 cm-1, strong, amide N-H bending
1400 - 1600 cm-1, medium-weak, multiple bands due to aromatic sp2 C=C stretch
1350 - 1480 cm-1, medium paeks, sp3 alkyl C-H bending
Conclusion: It looks like the compound is most probably N-methyl benzamide.
