  • Elaboration:- when the medical assistant is teaching the critical information, they has to elaborate the content to explain in easy and understanding way
  • Imagery:- using appropriate Av aids by medical assistant helps the patient to remember for long time.
  • Mnemonics:- when you are teaching or giving health Information provide mnemonics for easy remembrance.
