4) Kinesiology is the study of movements .

a) Career - Dance /Movement therapist

b) Scenario - A teenage girl wanted to loss her weight by doing dance. But she didn't know how to dance . So, she came to me with the complaint that she can't dance . There comes the role of motivation . She had the inner motivation to lose weight but she was not confident enough to dance . So ,first of all I worked on the key steps to make her believe that she can dance and then once she became confident enough I started her teach dance and motivated her to do the best because by directing her towards the goal of lossing weight .

c) 5 Guidelines for Building Motivation

1. Both situations and traits motivate people

2. People have multiple motives for involvement

3. Change the environment to enhance motivation (competitive or recreational)

4. Leaders influence motivation directly and indirectly

5. Use behavior modification to change undesirable participant motives.

1. First guideline means the person should have both inner and external motivation to act

2. Third guideline means that to achieve the goal and be self motivated there needs to be changes made in the environment .
