As the value of acceleration is given as 3, acceleration is not changing. So acceleration is constant.

As acceleration along X axis is zero. Velocity along X axis is not changing. So Velocity along X axis is constant.

We Know we can have acceleration value when velocity changes. Now as the acceleration is given along Y axis velocity must be changing along Y axis. So velocity is not constant along Y axis.
