Ans) The Shock is a very risky condition at the time when the body is not receiving adequate blood supply.The reduced blood supply means the organs and cells are not receiving correct amount of oxygen and other substances that provide nourishment to operate clearly and it can result in the destruction of lots of organs.So that the shock need sudden treatment and can get serious very easily.
-- The Major types of shocks are,
1) Hypovolemic Shock : This is an urgent condition in which acute blood dropping leads the heart powerless to pump adequate blood to body and this makes lots of organs to discontinue functioning.The blood dropping may be due to,internal bleeding, haemorrhage from the injuries.
2) Cardiogenic Shock : This can occur at the time when heart is injured so abundant that is unfit to flow adequate blood to organs of the body and the most usual reason for the severe heart conditions,lots of these happens after a heart attack.These issues involve,
-- The breaking of the tendons or muscles which helps the heart valves,mainly the mitral valve.
-- Pressure made on the heart because of the formation of fluid surrounding it.
3) Anaphylaxis : This is a full body allergic response to a particular chemical that has grown as an allergen and the allergen means a material which leads to allergic responses.Some of the usual reasons involve, food allergies,small arthropod bites and medication allergies.
After getting some materials like the bee sting venom into our body,the immune system of that individual become sensitive to that and if once again that individual had got that allergen material inside their body then it makes some allergic responses .The Anaphylaxis occurs very faster after the subjection.
4) Septic shock : This is a very major condition which happens at the time when a full body infection becomes a risky low blood pressure.This mostly happens in the very young and very old individuals.It can also happen in the individuals with poor immune system.
5) Neurogenic shock : Due to the injury of the Nervous system.
