Answer: The physical therapy as well as occupational therapy both works in the enhancement of the personality development. But there is a major difference between physical therapy as well as occupational therapy. Physical therapy includes the therapy which enhance and modify the physical posture as it mainly focus on the movement of the body. Physical therapy improves the alignment and also improves impairment of the movement.

The occupational therapy involves therapy which focuses on the daily activities of the person. Occupational therapy enhance the daily functioning of life as by improving any kind of cognitive dysfunction, depression, behaviour change etc. The main focus of the occupational therapy is the wellness and health promotion of the client.
