Answer #1

Atomic mass of Eu = 151.96 amu

Given:

m1 = 150.9198 amu

A1 = 47.81 %

A2 = 52.19 %

m = 151.96 amu

use:

atomic mass = sum of (mass of isotope * abundance) / 100

m = (m1*A1 + m2*A2)/100

151.96 = (150.9198*47.81 + m2 *52.19)/100

m2 = 152.91 amu

Answer: 152.91 amu
