Kotter's change model facilitates the change of organization and leads way to success. By adapting the eight-step of Kotter change model improve the ability of the organization to overcome and to accept the change. By implementing the change of model, the Organization achieves the positive changes. We can initiate a system-wise change in the Organization. Implement of each step can create small changes and at last, will result in solid changes in an organization.

One specific leadership strategy of effective communication of the Leader about the new vision with everyone in the organization facilitates effective changes in the Organization. Communication is an effective tool in an organization. Effective communication is necessary for the change of Organization vision. The Leader must communicate the vision in a proper way to all members of the Organization to make acceptance of the change by the employees. Proper communication helps to get opinions of employees and to take the right decision and to resolve problems.
