1.- in severe nacrotizing pancreatitis - realse of pancreatic enzymes- activated pancreatic enzyme- necrosis- sirs (sytemic inflammatory response syndrome)- patient are in tachypneic- hypoxic - decrease po2 in blood- give ventilation support and o2 to patient
2- mortality rate high in in necrotizing pancreatitis if patient goes to shock , so we informed to family members about this condition
3- not give orally to patient
Tpn - total parentral nutrition are give , continue monatring of patient are required
