ANSWER :

Nursing services and practices are performed to the patients in providing a qualitative care in a safer environment to prevent mortality and morbidity rates. As a new graduate in the organization I would like to contribute my skills and working zeal for the betterment of the management and helps in the progression of care to the patients. Having no experience in the nursing services entering as a new graduate in a managements develops a high responsibility on the shoulders of all the managements as the primary motto of the association is patient care. Active participation in the health care activities of the patient and organization, following code of ethics of the profession, maintaining of self confident and strong decision making capabilities in a work place, following of professional standards and values, formulating of rules and regulations, leadership qualities in leading a team completely towards a way success in terms of patient care. Thus by contributing of all the above leadership and management skills in the organization achieving of the patient care can be made possible.
