Do you think it is ethical for companies like Google to continue to use shell companies to avoid paying taxes in higher-tax-rate countries? Is this practice always in the best interests of the company’s shareholders and customers?

Explanation:

- Many big name companies are using shell companies and transfer their assets to these shell companies to avoid paying higher tax in respective countries. Google is also known for doing this same in order to pay higher amount of taxes to government. By doing that they are performing unethical acts. This act is not meeting morale standards and can be considered cheating as company is evading tax and only harming nations economy. Tax structure is build to develop nation and its economy by evading tax company is only pulling nation backward.

- Tax evading through shell companies never been helping company's shareholder and customer as it create bad image and reputation in eyes of both. Tax evading will harm and break trust of shareholders and customer in companies as it is not so good step to follow. Tax evading through shell companies is malpractice a company could follow.
