1.community acquired infection is getting from community such as cholera,malaria etc.nosocomial infections are hospital acquired infection which gets while staying in the hospital such as UTI,hepattittis etc.

2.use barriers in nursing to transfer infection to an elderly.keep them away from infectious disease and help them to keep body health by giving nutritious diet which can tackle many disease.

3.Use PPE to prevent transmission of infection from nurse to patient and keep hygiene .maintain dressing using aseptic technique.handwashing before and after every procedure.antibiotic administration to prevent infection.

4.bacterial viral and fungal infections are mutidrug resistant infections.prevalance of these organisms is rising,thus,its action get increasing.
