Answer #1

Advanced Registered Nurse is the nursing professional certified and registered under law to practice advance nursing care in health and social care services and facilities. Advanced registered nurse has variety of roles that makes them advanced and more eligible for nursing care then other professional nursing staff. The two major roles discussed as a part of advanced RN practice are as follows-

Advanced registered nurse are qualified and trained to make advanced and critical care decisions for the patient, therefore they are having a responsibility and role to make appropriate decisions for patient care under nursing standards and guidelines. These nurses have advanced skills and knowledge in creating an expanded care models for the patient and delivering care within it. Under ethical standards this role appreciates the basic bioethics of the practice where the clients are prioritized and considered to be main center of the care planning.

another major responsibility of an advanced nurse is that they can achieve permission for delivery and administration of some authorized substances under particular guidelines, as these professionals have knowledge and can practice nurse initiated medicine so they have a role for this too. Here, the ethical considerations regarding the safe use of drugs and substances and the appropriate knowledge for administration of these substances to provide safe practice appear.

It is important that advanced care nursing professionals should be more involved in the care and practice in hospital facilities as these individual have certain authoritative roles that other nursing staff may not have and can perform tasks that can help reduce the burden on staff, manage patient flow during triage and also help prepare patient centered care.
