When Death occurs in a factory . it is a serious issue none the less, the way Walt Disney dealth with the matter was not appropriate as this will make other big companies to pull out from Bangladesh's market which will affect more workers to be job less (unemployed).
A safety program should be launched by Walt Disney, to make the working condition more safer for the employees who are working. Totally stopping business , means that unemployment will occur and countries economic growth will suffer because of this.Bangladesh a country where most of the people are poor and poverty stricken will rise in number.
The decision showed lack of compassion by Disney to the employees/workers. In future more strict monitoring and safety standard's should be placed and make the government enforce law which help in better working condition for the workers. and what Walt Disney did by totally stopping production showed some weaknesses in their policy.
A contractual commitment should be enforced for the safety of the workers who are working and producing the products.
