Incase we consider Environmental and ethical factors while designing a chair, then:

  1. The raw material of the chair, we should not use wood as it would harm trees
  2. Plastic harms the environment and hence it cannot be used
  3. Different fibres are difficult to procure and hence that would impose as a challenge during production of the same.
  4. Incase wood is used, then obtaining it legally would be difficult
