Here are my thoughts on the questions listed by you towards the Mobile Manufacturing industry:
Which of the environmental factors do you feel is the most critical, and why?
- In the current situation, the Economic environment takes a critical position. As a product company, we should sense the people's tendency to earn and spending patterns according to which our marketing strategies should vary.
What might someone with an opposing viewpoint think is the most important?
- Someone would be very interested in Technological environment as the world moving aggressively with the latest technologies.
Given this opposing argument, how would you argue your opinion?
- As a Manufacturing company, we should design the Mobiles which is inclusive of the latest technologies and place them with proper price tags. For Ex: Manufacture a phone which has 50MP rear camera and 25MP Front camera with aperture 2.0 instead of 1.8 This provides more clearer picture but would cost lesses to the company. In this way, we should streamline our cost on the product which would enable us in providing a quality phone at much lesser prices than our competitors in the market.
What solutions should be considered as you seek to develop a sense of ownership of your plan?
- Demand sensing, People Reachability, Online Marketing are some of the solutions which play key role in this plan.
Demand Sensing helps you in analyzing current market situations with people's tendency on new phones.
People Reachability will help you in reaching the different cultured people worldwide by studying their perceptions.
Online marketing improves accessibility and reduces Transit costs to the company.
What solutions would you recommend to the board, and why?
I recommend above mentioned three solutions to the board.
Is a compromise feasible?
No. Compromise doesn't deliver the quality work.
PLZ USE EXAMPLES! Michelle, Elena, and the Mobile Manufacturing, Inc. (MM) board of directors know how...
Now that Michelle has all of the pieces of her marketing plan in place, the board is ready to see the final plan. Michelle has asked you to send her a memo that explains the target market for MM’s new product. Because a global market is under consideration, she wants you and Elena to meet for an in-depth discussion of the different characteristics of your target market before sending her the information. Elena meets you for coffee the next morning to explain her reasons for advocating the global market. As you finish your discussion, Elena stops and says, "We've discussed a lot of...

(CMA Adapted) Bentley Dynamics, Inc., produces computer chips for personal electronic devices used to record music. The chips are sold primarily to large manufacturers; however, occasional production overruns may be discounted and sold to small manufacturers. Since Bentley's operating budget assigns all fixed production expenses to its predictable market—large manufacturers—there are no fixed expenses allocated to products sold to small manufacturers. This results in significant profits in the small manufacturer market segment, even though the products are discounted. All of...

Project Background In a recent regular quarterly meeting in June, several members of the Board of Directors of Crystal Fashion Group (CFG) have a big concern on the future business position and outlook of the company in view of the long-term trade dispute between USA and China.
