The Training of staff leads to many benefits, it benefits outweigh the cost. Now not only the employee is more productive and is of better quality, but he is also more consistent and satisfied with his job Management policy to hire from outside help when a complex project may change since the current employee can be trained to handle more complex tasks. Similarly, managers don't have to make every small decision and can somewhat decentralize decision making.
