1) New market entry

Firmentering a new country to capture the market. It will now has to know the different competitors in the market and also the prices at which substitute goods are being sold in the market. Should know the advertising and marketing strategy of competitors.

2) Consumer firm : Firm is a consumer firm which will producing and supplying consumer goods in the market.

3) India : The country which my firm wants to enter is India as it is having the a population of 1.2 billion the consumption will be more for consumer goods and services which will help my firm to capture the market.

4) My product is beer which is being produced in my country and as beverage products have demand in any country. I want to explore Indian market to earn profits. It is been made in my country in a natural way rather than artificial way so my beer have got good taste and is making good sales in the market.

5) My firm is the producer and supplier of beers in my country. My firm is having plants allover my country at important places so that I can supply them to different parts in my country. The production of beer is done in a natural way so people are consuming my product more which is bringing me more revenue.
