What is the indicator of child well being?

Study says that sleeping is the best factor which can keep children healthy.university of melbourne has conducted a study in 2017 found that sleeping is the best i dicator of child happiness and well being.Moreover,it provides emotional well being .otherthan that,sleeping can reduces anxiety,stress,trauma and aggressive behaviour of the child.if they get adequate sleeping ,their stress get reduced and they become happy and feel well.

There are some factors that prents should keep in mind inorder to improve their child happiness.try togive safe and secure relation,intiate the child to sleep i the same time so that he can have good sleeping habits.teach the children some physical activity to improve health avoid chilhood obesity.limit the use of technology especially before going to bed.this will keep the child happy through better sleep by following these factors.
