This is common and never-ending issues all over the world. We know the population is increasing day by day. The dealing of this issue based on the different level of economic countries. We have a different level of economic countries like developed, developing and underdeveloped. These differentiations will be made by the based on the consider of countries GDP(Gross Domestic Product) progress. In the past decades, most of them all belongs to illiterate so they only know unskilled workers and further maximum persons will continue with the same works due to lack of knowledge about education. We know that agriculture had only done in respective timings and rest of the time they need to face seasonal unemployment.

In the early 1990’s most of them got employment and TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families) benefits. Almost the employment percentages are reached highest level until the 1996 year. However, the percentage gradually decreased the TANF benefits also not worked effectively since 1996. In the Globalize world, the unskilled works gradually decreased and most of them lost employment and forcibly these families come under the poverty. The improvement of technology creating skilled works so gradually unskilled works are disappearing. This is the reason so many illiterates become unemployment.
