fat deposit is called as Obesity, Obesity measured by BMI (Body Mass Index) Obesity is major health problem in United States of America two third of Americans are overweight or obese

There are many reason for obesity here I am going to discuss some causes of obesity

  1. Eating Too Much

Over eating and consumption of many calories is the first obesity cause. The habit of over eating food has been spreading worldwide due to financial growth

  1. The life style without activity

If we are creating ourselves all the time, then it is never too late to begin creating the bodies we want instead of the ones we mistakenly assume we are stuck with some busy work , nothing is important than your health, every work will do for living but if you are not living healthy no matter what ever is your position

  1. BAD SLEEP

Good sleep can help you to maintain your body weight at desired level, if you are not sleeping well then it can cause you to gain more weight

  1. Endocrine system disruptions

Most of the beverages have fructose that changes the energy level of lipid metabolism and become a reason for metabolic syndrome and fatty liver

  1. SMOKING AND OBESITY

Smoking causes to lower your diet. One research study shows that approximately 10% peoples can gain a significant weight of 30 pounds averagely people gain6 to 8 pounds weight after stop smoking

  1. Doctors prescribed pills

The Medication prescribed by the doctors can cause obesity, Not all drugs cause weight gain, it is associated with few ones. Sometimes therapy has suggested an alternative to medications

  1. Is Obesity Continuing INDFENITLY

If you are overweight from 5 or 10 years then the more extended period you will take to reduce your weight. If you are obese for many years, then it will difficult for you lose your weight fast.8

  1. THE EXITENCE OF FAT GENE

FTO gene variant is in Obesity gene. Approximately 1 person out of 7 persons is an encounter with the problem of an Obesity gene. FTO gene increase ever time.
