Ans My Topic is Health Promotion and disease Prevention As I am a nursing Professional so my role is to provide a comprehensive Care to the Community People, that include both Promotion of Health and Prevention of diseases. - Health Promotion is the state in which the dimensions of health such as Physical, mental, Social and spiritual aspects are in their normal state and balanced, many measures are done by the Professionals to promote health such as. To provide health education regarding nutrition, Hygiene, healthy lifestyle, Ecercise etc. - Disease Prevention is also an Important aspect of Health care system. It can be achieved by providing specific Protection in the form of Immunization, mainly Communicable diseases are prevented by Immunization. Various minor elments such as Diarrhoea, Coughing, sneezing et. Can be Prevented by providing health education related to their Causes and about their treatment so that severity can be prevented.
