financial demand of the market. patients lost their right for
generating profit. negligence of nursing homes, low-income groups
result in corporate for-profit hospitals. corporate health care
system becomes the most expensive in the world it was inequitable
and inefficient. For the business of health care patients are the
vehicle to generate profit. Not for profit health systems to become
cheaper and service for the community. Corporate health care
worsens the problem for vulnerable people for equality care. public
policy and belief systems encourage dysfunctional behavior,
especially in corporate health care.

health and aged care. There are competitive pressure and
behaviorist economic issues. Incentives play a major role to make a
success with corporate health care. share marketing with more
service rendered made a corporate failure. Each corporate health
care has a different subculture to make an advantage. business in
health care success with money earning not with quality care it

developed by the paradigm that dominates social policy and
practice. it make conflict on traditional social service and
