Reasons -
1. When new Director is appointed, he will bring along with himself, his skills and past experience, which will definitely going to affect the working and decision making of the management. Also, the goodwill of the firm may also be affected on appointment of new Director.
2. When the working Director retires or gives resignation, the management's next task is to find a suitable director who can fill the post of the vacant director.
