Higher qualifications provides better job opportunities as well as it also impact on the career, and stability of the job. It enables the nurses to indulge themselves in more improved quality of care that can be delivered to the patients.

A nurse should have a leadership skills, nursing profession requires dedication in work. It also involves the ability of decision making, critical thinking skills and motivated towards the work.
