1. ANS: During the process of this assessment at first I will gather the nutritional history, her cultural and ethnic background information of the client. Later I will ask her for a general list of what foods she eats regularly; what does she eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, how does she prepare her meals and does she eat three meals a day or does it vary, etc.

2. ANS: Dietary recommendations: Before consuming any food items read the food labels properly and keep away from processed foods and Trans foods. Mostly plant based oils were recommended for coking. Decrease the amount of salt and sugar in diet and limit her intake of meat, specifically red meat.
