Remaining at home, for long term care support services following methods should be done.

Long term care support basically involves habits, lifestyle, eating, bathing, moving etc

Regularly exercise should be done at home, to remain healthy

Yoga or should go for morning walk

Should eat healthy and nutritious diet., which contain adequate proportion of, protein, vitamin, carbohydrate,  

Drink plenty of water or liquids for normal metabolism.

And there should be some services and program in the society to remain healthy except nursing home.

Like there should be group in the society which encourages the people to do exercise and help the people or inspire people regarding advantages of physical exercises.

Some professionally trained people be there in society, for better well-being of people, who can provide basic health facilities in emergency.
