According to le chatlier principle when any change in the equilibrium is done system tries to minimise the change by adjusting itself in such way.

Like addition of reactant shift reaction towards the product ​​​​​​

Ans B adding bore solid NaOH as addition of reactant will shift equilibrium toward product side so concentration of CO2 is decreased

Where addition of inert gas like CO2 will give no effect

Increasing the volume of container will decrease pressure of CO2 so more CO2 will be produced

As delta H is negtive so decrease on temperature also shift reaction towards product side.
