Explain what is "Differential Advantage"? Please provide examples.

Differential Advantage" is the thing that sets apart one healthcare organization from another and makes it stand out. As it may offer services, care, environment, and/or experiences that the patients may not get a facility that is neighboring. For example the culture of a healthcare organization that I know of Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA, USA an inclusive culture that continues supporting the delivery of care that is culturally competent. This property of the organization makes it stand out, i.e. creates a differential advantage for it.
