Answer #1

There is an inverse relationship between the price of gasoline and quantity demanded for the gasoline. When price of gasoline decreases, then it led to the increase in consumption of gasoline by the consumers. Further, in the view of the falling price of gasoline, people purchased vehicles that were driven by the gasoline as a fuel. It also boosted the consumption of gasoline in the year 2016 and beyond.

A weight gain to the person, increases the risk of heart diseases to the person and people refrain from those products, that increase the weight. Hence, demand for these products decreases. Now with the medication to treat heart disease, People have again increased the demand for those products that can bring weight gains. So, now more people are gaining weight as they know that resulting heart disease can be cured with the new found better medication.
