CAPS (Consumer assistance program) enables the patients to avail their services ,clarify their doubts and prevent any fraudulent activity by strangers and helps to manage the cost effectively. When CAPS is put on healthcare spending it reduces the unnecessary spending due to its limitations. The medication which are expensive are paid on out of pocket charges which are termed to be spending caps .The employee compensation becomes very less when opts for CAPS in ACA.The reimbursement seems to be difficult at times.But when it is put on healthcare speeding, it can reduce the the expenditure in overall areas.
