Based on this information, what are the probable reasons each of these patients visited Dr. Hill today?

Rosa cannot proceed the chemical analysis in the same manner, because for Hilmans specimen culture and sensitivity has to be done. So, the sample should be a mid-stream sample and the bottle collecting the urine should be sterile and has lid which should be properly placed, others can be taken as an usual urine no need of these much precautions, that is for the Mr Parks, Mrs Carpenter and Ms Hilman for urine analysis

Mr Park has elevated glucose and ketone in the urine means the Blood glucose is high and the diabetes in not under control, probably may be going to keto acidosis

Mrs Carpenter urine pregnancy test result was not mentioned in the results, that has to be enquired so may be suspecting pregnancy so the reason for visit may be amenorrhea and morning sickness

Ms Hilman has chance of fitting in to urinary tract infection, so she will be presented with pain while urinating or discomfort while the same with elevated temperature etc
