Answer Human resource manager can use planning to compete in the healthcare environment as by various methods such as recruiting the better staffs. The recruitment should not be basis and people who deserve the position should be recruited.

The HR manager should mainly focus on the recruitment on the basis of the diversity. This will leads to increase in the quality of work of the healthcare organization. Because the culturally diverse people have different experiences, higher education and different thinking skills which can results in to beneficial options.

For retaining the staff there should be particular working hours as there should not be burnout because this will lead the staff to leave the organization. The environment should be comfortable as well as culturally competent.
