3.Baby go to an active sleep when it goes to to sleep at first time..In this stage,most of the time babys wake up.A new delivered baby spent around 50% of sleeping circle during this time.

When baby is ina half way of its sleeping,it sleeps calmly.this can be find out by slow and rythumic breathing,decreased movements,no flutter of eyeluds.end of sleep circle of baby is considered as quiet sleep.This indicates baby will wake up between sleep then go to active sleep.

4.APGAR scoring is a new born assessment method which enables to check accomodating capacity of a baby when it comes to the outside world from uterus.

Appearence ,pulse,grimace,activity ,and respiration is measured in apgar scoring.8,9,10 is the normal apgare

rate in which no intervention is required.If it is 1,2,3,4 , baby needs cardiac support.if it is 5,6,7 do suction,administer oxygen and warm the baby.

It is mainly do after 1St minute or repeat after 5th minute of baby birth.
