Electronic Medical record is a newly developed electronic system for storage and dissemination of clinical records initially it will be difficult for a transition but with training and motivation and making aware of the aware of the benefits of EMR will help them to adapt the system .The concept that EMR helps in the organization of data ,time effective,errorr free records.EMR helps to store data for a longer period of time

To improve completeness of data the EMR system.It should be developed in various sections like history ,physical assessment,laboratory investigation,radiologic findings ,Vital signs , differential diagnosis,final diagnosis, .All of this main subheadings should have more of objective questions The pages can have box with astrix which says compulsory to fill and the nurses will not be able to submit or save the record unless the data of that particular box is filled that can have a dialogue box propping out which says please fill the essentials

This change in the EMR will help us to have a complete,systematic data .Data collected in a set format is easier to use for reseacrh or management purpose
