Answer: Everything should be balanced in the diet that we take. Excess of anything leads to health issues and it becomes matter of concern. Excess of protein intake causes dehydration which automatically causes kidney damage. So, the high or excess intake of protein makes kidney more prone to the damage.

Animal based proteins are proteins found in eggs, chicken, meat etc.which is similar to our body protein whereas plant based proteins are obtained from nuts, beans and lentils but they lack one of the essential amino acid that our body needs.

Animal based protein is similar to our body protein and within the minimum quantity it provides sufficient amount of protein that our body is needed. Animal based protein can be easily available.
